Global Healthcare Navigator provides two types of patient transport services namely:
1 Private Non-emergency Patient Transport Services
2 NHS Non-emergency Patient Transport Services, NEPTS.
Global Healthcare Navigator transport service has capacity to work in partnership with:
NHS organisations:
We have capacity to work in partnership with NHS hospitals, clinics,community health centres and provide safe and quality transport services that timely facilitate treatment, care, and discharge.
Private Health Facilities or Hospitals
We have capacity to work in partnership with private hospitals, clinics, community health centres and provide safe and quality transport services that timely facilitate treatment, care, and discharge. Our transport transfers include, but not limited to:
a) Transfer from NHS hospital ward to a private hospital or health facilities and vice versa.
b) Transport from private hospitals or clinics to home and vice versa.
Care Homes
We can provide transport logistic service to residents in care home for various cases including:
a) Resident attending to family events such as parties, weddings, and funerals.
b) Resident in a care home who require medical appointment.
c) Transfer residents from care home to a new care home or to be nearer family members.
d) Transporting care home residents with impaired mobility to, from or between care homes.
Supported Living Facilities
We can provide transport logistic service to people with learning disability, impaired mobility, special needs children, and safeguarding
requirement living in supported facilities.
Councils
We can support people with impaired mobility, special needs children, and safeguarding requirement.
Private or Independent Family
We can provide transport logistic service for your as an individual, or friend, or relative in your own home. We tailor our services to fit your
needs and ensure that you are comfortable, reassured, respected, and always treated with respect and dignity from booking, pick up to
destination, handover, and treasuring your invaluable feedback.
Repatriation Parties
We can provide non-emergency transport logistic service to pick up or drop off clients arriving in the UK or departure from the UK airports

Cost: Private Non-emergency Patient Transport Services
Patients booking a private transport, not NHS Transport, will be informed about the cost of our competitive and affordable transport. Global Healthcare Navigator is a privately pre-booked and pre-paid service provider. The cost of your transport is calculated according to duration it takes and distance covered. Global Healthcare Navigator will contact you, phones, email you, about the cost of your transport.
Global Healthcare Navigator puts safety and quality care at the heart of its operations. This including ensuring that correct equipment and staffing levels are deployed when transporting patients. To this end, Global Healthcare Navigator must be informed during booking about the following:
1 The approximated weight of passenger
2 Whether or not if a passenger need moving upstairs or downstairs or lifting at either end of the trip or
transferring between stretcher and chair in order to access a home.
Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services (NEPTS)
Global Healthcare Navigator can provide Non-emergency Patient Transport Services, NEPTS.
This service could be for patients who need to travel to or from hospital or some medical appoints but for various reasons, for example, restricted or limited mobility, are not able to without support. Global Healthcare Navigator has experience, knowledge, infrastructure, network, and capacity to meet your individual needs.

4. Drop-Off: Our drivers and healthcare assistants will help you in boarding and getting out of our vehicles.

Eligibility Criteria for Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services.
Most patients travel to and from healthcare settings independently using private or
public transport, with the help of family members, relatives, and friends if required.
However, NHS-funded patient transportation, known as Non-Emergency Patient
Transport Services, is freely provided by NHS when it considered to be the best
available that could provide patient with safety, safe mobilization, and condition
management or recovery.
According to NHS England (2021) the patients could be eligible for non-emergency
patient transport if they meet one or more of the following criteria:
ï‚· Patient has a medical need.
ï‚· Patient has a substantial mobility need.
ï‚· Patient has expansive medical needs or mobility that have contributed in
treatment or discharge being missed or significantly delayed.
ï‚· Patient has a cognitive or sensory impairment.
ï‚· Patient is travelling to and from healthcare settings centre haemodialysis.
ï‚· A safeguarding concern has been Issued.
